Dress : Fever // Brogues : New Look // Bracelet : New Look // Necklace : New Look // Watch : Olivia Burton
There were actually three outfits in Paris but I somehow neglected to take photos of the third outfit. I was too busy rushing off to the Flea Markets to remember. But these are two of my outfits I wore in Paris.
The first outfit is my birthday outfit. We flew over to Paris on my actual birthday and despite the very early morning alarm I managed pull this off. We then spent the afternoon enjoying French food and sightseeing. It is a rather feminine look pairing a very floral emerald and turquoise dress with light brown brogues.
Blazer : H&M // Blouse : Dorothy Perkins // Trousers : Matalan // Brogues : Zalando // Earrings and Bracelet : New Look // Necklace : Accessorize
The second outfit is a much more masculine style. I call it my ‘City Look’. And this is only the second time I have ever worn trousers on this blog! That is how rare it is for me to wear trousers. In fact, I did start the day off feeling rather self-conscious of this masculine look. But in the end I quite enjoyed looking so different. Of course, I tried to make the outfit a little more girl-y with some sequins and sparkle.
The third outfit was very similar to this one but layered up with my favourite white vintage jumper.
I kind of wished we had done some outfit photo shoots in the Paris streets but we were so busy with all our sightseeing and being caught up in the moment that it just didn’t happen. And that is ok. Sometimes it is good to get caught up in the moment and not thinking about blogging every single moment of my life (although that thought often hangs out at the back of mind).
What do YOU like to wear on a city break?

I love this. I especially love the second outfit (you look gorgeous in the first but I could never get away with it). I am actually feeling quite sad as I recently lightened my previously red hair (the ends were too dark and roots too bright) and also had it chopped into a long bob…… Your beautiful long hair is bringing back memories!

I have been considering a long bob too. I fancy a change but a bit nervous as I’m so used to having long hair!

Love those trousers! Are they recent Matalan or old?
they are from two months ago.

I absolutely love the second look, it’s perfect!

I absolutely love that dress. It goes so beautifully with your hair. In fact, if they had it still in my size I’d buy it! Hope you had a fab time in Paris. xC
